Our return policy is designed to accommodate the unique nature of our products. As a result, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that manufacturer defects can occur. If you suspect a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we may issue a refund or replacement after verifying the defect.

Refunds

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to receive a refund, send us an email at [email protected] describing the issue. You may be asked for proof of the damage or defect as well as proof of destruction before a refund is issued.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] describing the issue. You may be asked for proof of the damage or defect as well as proof of destruction before a replacement is issued.
